King Charles has been photographed for the first time since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex released their Netflix documentary.
Her Majesty was meeting with volunteers at King’s House, a community center in King’s Cross, north London, just hours after her son Prince Harry apparently gave her a wild ride in the new show. The sun reported
He also attended an Advent service at The Ethiopian Christian Fellowship Church in London.
In an apparent mockery of his father, Harry claimed he was “educated” by friends in Africa.
He said, “I have a second family out there. A group of friends who literally raised me.”
The pair premiered the controversial new series on Thursday evening.
It included never-before-seen images and footage of their children, Archie and Lilibet.
The docuseries, titled Harry and meghandelves into the couple’s “love story” as well as their feud with the royal family.
However, fans have seen some of their storylines change.
For example, the Duke of Sussex said he met the Duchess on Instagram, although he had previously claimed they met on a blind date.
In 2017, Harry told the BBC: “It was definitely a set-up, it was a blind date. It was definitely a blind date.”
But in the first episode released today, Harry claimed that ‘Megan and I met on Instagram’.
He added: “I was scrolling through my feed and someone who was a friend had this video of the two of them.”
And the prince revealed that the first time he saw a photo of Meghan it was a photo of her wearing a dog filter.
“Oh my god, that’s not all, he’s got puppy ears,” Meghan said, laughing.
“That was the first, ‘I was like who is this?'” Harry said, with Meghan adding: “This is ridiculous.”
It comes as TV presenter Piers Morgan has slammed the series as ‘worse than the Kardashians” and said the couple is “boring”.
TalkTV’s Piers tweeted: “This is worse than Keeping up with the Kardashians. Something I didn’t think was humanly possible.
“Disgusting how they repeatedly try to brand Britain as a racist country. The most tolerant place in Europe as all the coverage of their engagement/wedding proved.”
It is understood that neither Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace nor any family members were approached for comment on the content of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Netflix series.
The first episode of the documentary opened with words written in white on a black background that read: “This is a first-hand account of Harry and Meghanthe story of, told with a never-before-seen personal archive.
“All interviews completed by August 2022.
“Members of the Royal Family declined to comment on the content of this series.”
However, it is understood he did not approach any royals or palace homes for the documentary.
