The QRL announced Saturday morning that PCR swabs have confirmed that both Cameron Munster and Murray Taulagi have COVID-19 and will miss Wednesday’s home decision. The couple had returned on Friday for positive antigen testing and had isolated themselves from the rest of the team. Broncos winger Corey Oates and Cowboys game creator Tom Dearden will both enter the Maroons 17, with the final lineup yet to be confirmed.

Nicho Hynes was originally named as the 19th man, but has since tested positive for COVID and will remain isolated for the game. Jack Wighton will be listed as the 18th man after the Blues chose to retain Stephen Crichton and Matt Burton in the centers.
Eels skipper Clint Gutherson, Knights supporter Jacob Saifiti and Cowboys prostitute Reece Robson continue to be part of the expanded squad after Hynes left. Chad Townsend also joined the Blues field on Thursday as a cover for Hynes.
