According to the latest reports, Apple has introduced a number of new features to iMessage and other apps.

The tech giant recently seeded the fifth beta of iOS16 to developers to test and introduce some minor but significant improvements to the operating system.

Battery percentage indicator Among the new features, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone X and iPhone XS will now have the battery percentage displayed in the status bar. This can be enabled from the Battery section of the Settings app. Unfortunately, this feature will not be available on iPhone minis, iPhone 11, and iPhone XR. Given the limitations of the notch and space, this feature was absent from iPhones for years.
