“With the Reno8 Pro and Reno8, we have set benchmarks in imaging with our self – developed MariSilicon X neuronal processing unit (NPU). Our SUPERVOOCTM and BHE technologies charge batteries faster, are safer than use and we have also managed to increase the life of our devices with the promise of maximum performance for longer, ”said Damyant Singh Khanoria, Marketing Director of OPPO India.

“At OPPO we are very excited for our consumers to use and experience these new products,” he added.

In terms of design, Reno8 Pro, which will be available in Glazed Green and Glazed Black, features a simplified unibody design with a Gorilla Glass 5 back and an aluminum frame for added durability. The phone includes the MediaTek Dimensity 8100-MAX SoC and a 4500 mAh battery with OPPO’s 80 W SUPERVOOCTM flash charge.

Battery Health Engine (BHE) technology allows batteries to retain 80% of their original capacity after 1,600 charge cycles (double the industry standard of 800 charges). This extends the life of your smartphone to over four years. In addition, OPPO’s ultraconductor graphite cooling system improves cooling by 45% over traditional graphite for even additional performance.

Meanwhile, the OPPO Reno8 5G includes the same dual Sony camera sensors, the IMX709 and the IMX766. It also offers a rich ecosystem of AI-enhanced imaging features, such as Ultra Night video, night portrait, and Bokeh Flare video. This device, which runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC along with OPPO and ColorOS 12.1 VC superconducting liquid cooling system, has been designed to deliver comprehensive performance to users.

Like the Reno8 Pro 5G, the Reno8 5G has a streamlined unibody design and is available in two colors: Shimmer Gold and Shimmer Black. This device also includes 80 W SUPERVOOCTM for a day and a half of use with a single charge. Both devices carry TUV SUD certification to attenuate fluidity after 36 months of use, the company said. In addition to the Reno8 series, OPPO also launched the OPPO Pad Air at Rs 16,999 for the 4GB 64GB version and Rs 19,999 for the 4GB + 128GB version.

With a thickness of 6.94 mm, it is one of the thinnest tablets in the segment with an agile floating screen design along with OPPO Glow that also provides a cover without fingerprints and without all-metal scratches on the device.

The tablet works with ColorOS 12 for Pad.
