Today presenter Richard Wilkins has secured the sale of his second investment apartment in Mosman for $925,000.
There had been an auction guide of $850,000 for the two-bedroom Punch St apartment, located on the ground floor of the mid-1960s Tremaine block.
The shuttered building has only recorded two sales in seven years, both in 2020.

The other two-bedroom apartments went for $820,000 and $900,000.
The sale marks an exit from Mosman for Wilkins, who sold a 1965 Moruben Rd apartment earlier this year for $1.01 million, with its investor buyer paying it for a weekly rent of $650.
Wilkins maintains two investment properties in Cremorne, apart from his longtime home, which was purchased for just over $2 million in 2004.
Wilkins’ remaining apartments, both purchased in 2013, went for $530,000 and $664,000.
