Minecraft Legends to focus more on the story, introduces The Hosts mobs
During Minecraft Live 2022, Mojang Studios reiterated that Minecraft Legends will focus more on its narrative campaign than any previous Minecraft game, even Minecraft Dungeons. To that end, the studio revealed the franchise’s first fully voiced mobs, appearing in Minecraft Legends as the voices of the Overworld. Hosts will aid players in their quest to save the Overworld in Minecraft Legends, and they look fascinating.
Named Foresight, Action and Knowledge, after the skills players will need to employ to succeed, The Hosts will provide players with knowledge and tools throughout the Minecraft Legends story. This includes the tools that build the foundations of Minecraft Legends’ unique strategy and action gameplay, such as the Flame of Creation to create friendly mob generators, the Banner of Courage to lead your followers, and the Magic Lute to summon aid useful for collecting resources and building. —Zachary Boddy

The world of Minecraft Legends is full of lovable mobs
Minecraft Live 2022 has revealed that the world of Minecraft Legends is filled with a lively ecosystem of lovable and cute mobs. Some are familiar from Minecraft, like llamas, ocelots, and pigs, but we also got a look at some new mobs like the awesome badger and… royal tiger? Each of these mobs will have their own behaviors in the world and will be curious about the player as they progress through their quest. I can’t wait to see more of the world of Minecraft Legends! And make me a real tiger friend to help me get through it all. —Zachary Boddy

Highlighting what to expect from Minecraft Live 2022
The biggest Minecraft event of the year is just hours away, and the stream will be full of big, bold, and beautiful bulletins detailing what’s coming to the Minecraft universe in the future. Of course, the question on many potential viewers’ minds is, “What can we expect from Minecraft Live 2022?” On the night before the main event, I want to take a moment to share what we think will be coming up during tomorrow’s Minecraft Live show.
- We’ll almost certainly see the first details of Minecraft’s next major content update, which will go under the version number 1.20. It’s not clear what the theme, or even the name, of the next update will be, but we can be sure that the world’s greatest creative survival game is bound to gain new mobs, blocks, and features when it arrives.
- We’ll also probably get another look at Minecraft Dungeons Season 3, which already had a sneak peek before the show. We know the broad outline of what’s to come in Mojang Studios’ massive launch and action RPG extravaganza from Double Eleven, and Minecraft Live 2022 will give us more details on the animal-themed Seasonal Adventure, new content and multiplayer for The Tower. , and the free Tree Top Tangle tier.
- Minecraft Legends is the next addition to the ever-expanding Minecraft gaming universe, and its unique blend of action and strategy is a compelling combination. During Minecraft Live 2022, I expect we’ll see some fresh gameplay for the upcoming title and possibly more information about the story or release date. There’s almost no chance that Minecraft Legends won’t be on the show, but we’ll have to wait to see exactly what’s in store.
- Finally, the Minecraft Mob Vote 2022, which has already opened its doors for voting, will close when Mojang Studios announces the winner during Minecraft Live 2022. The Sniffer, Tuff Golem or Rascal will join the ranks of the list of Minecraft mobs? We won’t have to wait long to find out; make sure to get your votes in before the show starts!
Between the upcoming Minecraft update and more information on Minecraft Legends, this year’s Minecraft live stream is shaping up to be an exciting affair. Personally, I’m excited to find out which mob will win the mob vote as well. You can read more about which mob I and other members of the Windows Central team are voting for below (spoiler alert: I’m rooting for the Sniffer). Minecraft Mob Vote discussions are heating up
With the official Minecraft channel finally throwing some fuel on the Minecraft Live Mob Vote 2022 fire, the discussions among the members of the Minecraft community are heating up. Everyone is divided into clear sects that argue so that each of the three mobs wins. Although… one mob seems to be cutting through the noise better than the rest, or at least their fans are terribly vocal.
My personal pick of the bunch, the Sniffer, is flooding Twitter with fan art of all kinds and repeated calls for votes. The Rascal and the Tuff Golem are putting in a valiant effort, but has the winner of this year’s Mob Vote been decided yet? Of course, I’m biased by my brake surrounded by plants, so maybe I’m just seeing what I want to see. Either way, anything can happen in the Minecraft Mob Vote 2022, and we won’t know the definitive answer until Mojang Studios reveals it during tomorrow’s show. —Zachary Boddy

The Minecraft Mob Vote 2022 officially begins voting
Minecraft Live Mob Vote 2022 opens its doors for players to start voting. Three mobs are vying for victory this year: the lovable and ancient Sniffer, the secretive and mischievous Rascal, and the decorative and customizable Tuff Golem. You can read everything you need to know about each mob and how the Mob Vote works at the link above, but we’ll summarize the important elements here.
Players will have the next 24 hours to vote, until Friday, October 14, 2022 at 11:00am CT / noon ET / 5:00pm BST (when Minecraft Live 2022 starts) for one of the three mobs. options You can only choose one, but you can change your vote as many times as you like during the 24-hour period. To vote, players will need to sign in to their Microsoft account and vote on a special Minecraft: Bedrock Edition server, the Minecraft Launcher, or Minecraft.net.
The competition is tough this year, with each of the three mobs bringing something unique to the Minecraft universe should they win. The Minecraft community is bound to be divided, but what about the Windows Central team? Here’s the mob of choice, the reasoning behind it, for some of us here at Windows Central (starting with me).
While the adorably stoic, stony frame of the Tuff Golem calls to my heart, there’s only one mob I’ll be voting for in this year’s Minecraft Mob Vote: The Sniffer. Resurrecting a long-gone mob species brings an engaging new tradition to the Minecraft universe, and that’s not to mention the prospect of exciting new plant life that the Sniffer would bring with them. Of course, the Sniffer is also…
