Wolves beat Nottingham Forest 1-0 thanks to a Ruben Neves penalty.
The home skipper opened the scoring after a handball from Harry Toffolo before slotting past Dean Henderson.
The visitors had a chance to equalize from the spot, but Brennan Johnson’s effort was saved by Jose Sa.
