July 31, 2022 – The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and the City of Thunder Bay confirm that an outbreak of COVID-19 has been reported at Pioneer Ridge, Plaza 3, in Thunder Bay. TBDHU has initiated a comprehensive assessment of the situation. Further action will be taken as necessary to manage this situation.
Prior to the outbreak, important measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of virus transmission in facilities.
