Health Minister Mark Butler says hospital funding is based on “advice from state governments” as elective surgeries continue to recover.
“We will continue to meet our obligations under the hospital funding agreement,” said Mr. Butler at a news conference Thursday.
“All we are doing is implementing the agreements that the former government and all the state governments signed a couple of years ago,” he said.
