A 34-year-old woman has died on the same stretch of Wheatbelt road where a mother-of-six died in a fatal crash 10 days ago.

Police say the woman suffered critical injuries and died at the scene after the Kia Sorento she was a passenger in left-turned on the Goomalling-Toodyay Road at about 7.20pm on Saturday.
The 34-year-old driver and a 37-year-old female passenger were taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries.
A spokeswoman for St John Ambulance said the driver was in a critical condition on Sunday morning, while the passenger was in a stable condition.
The ABC understands the crash happened 100 meters from where Hannah Fraser died after a car and a truck collided on the same road at Wongamine, about 100km north-east of Perth.
Ms Fraser’s six children, aged between one and 14, were also injured in the crash, with two of them still in Perth Children’s Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of a cement truck that collided with the Kia Carnival driven by Ms Fraser, 58, was not seriously injured.
At the time, a WA Police spokesman said the crash was a tragic reminder of how the lives of so many can change in an instant.

“In addition to the tragic loss of life in this accident, there are six children and the truck driver who have personally experienced a traumatic event and will require ongoing support,” the spokesman said.
“Incidents like this also affect police officers and other emergency services who attend the scene and provide ongoing care to those involved.”
“Gone But Never Forgotten”
Mrs Fraser’s husband Leighton wrote a heartbreaking tribute to his late wife.

“I’m sure I’ve had the opportunity to tell you how much your presence in my life made me a better man or how much you meant to me and I hope that in the years we spent side by side, my actions have told you. every day that i love you more than words can describe,” he said.

“Until I see you again, rest in peace my love. I will and always will love you. Gone but never forgotten.”

Third fatality in a month
A 41-year-old man traveling further north on the same road died on 13 October.
Police say his ute left the road and rolled into a paddock in Hulongine at around 8pm.
He died of his injuries at the scene.

A series of accidents in Perth
Meanwhile in Perth, a serious crash at Hazelmere about 11.30am on Sunday caused the southbound Roe Highway to be closed between the Great Eastern Highway and Kalamunda Road.

The Great Eastern Highway bypass was also closed eastbound from Stirling Crescent to Roe Highway in Hazelmere.
A woman in her 80s was seriously injured in another incident near the intersection of the Roe Highway and Great Eastern Bypass in Forrestfield at around 9.15am when an object fell from the back tray of a Nissan Navara.
A police spokeswoman said a Mitsubishi ASX traveling behind the Nissan had taken “evasive action” to avoid the object, resulting in a Toyota Corolla colliding with the Mitsubishi.
