Apple’s supplier is facing quality issues with the camera lens for the iPhone 14

However, Kuo is now reporting that yet another Apple supplier, Genius, is facing quality issues, this time related to the iPhone 14’s rear lenses.

Kuo says one of Genius’ iPhone 14 rear lenses likely suffered from coating quality issues, prompting Apple to transfer about 10 million lens orders to Largan to avoid shipping delays iPhone 14, as the Taiwanese company is able to fill the supply gap.

There will not be a Mini version. If Apple doesn’t face any supply issues that affect mass production, the iPhone 14 lineup will go on sale as planned.
